Scope of Services

LOULOU THE BRAND, Inc. provides access to its online platform to enable the purchase of luxury apparel products. All pieces listed on the website are offered subject to availability and are available directly in stock.

Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order on our Site, the client confirms that all provided personal, billing, and shipping information is accurate, valid, and complete.

An order is considered confirmed and processed once payment has been successfully cleared through our authorized payment gateways.

LOULOU THE BRAND, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified shipping/billing details
Orders flagged by our systems as potential fraud or unauthorized transactions
Unforeseen technical issues or inventory errors

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are final. For clients placing orders within the European Union, applicable sales taxes are included at checkout.

For international orders shipped outside the European Union, the final price does not include import duties or customs taxes. Any such local fees are levied by the destination country's authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Payments are securely processed through our integrated, authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card credentials.

Delivery

Fulfillment and delivery are carried out via premium international express courier services (such as DHL Express). Estimated delivery windows are provided solely as guidance and may vary due to customs clearings, destination logistics, or external transit factors beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Clients have the right to request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving their parcel, in strict accordance with the guidelines outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
